WITH one in two Canadians diagnosed with cancer and one in four dying from the disease,
it is critical that our work to find a cure continues.
Cancer is the leading cause of death in Canada.
It is estimated that in 2020, 617 Canadians will be diagnosed with cancer, and, 228 Canadians will die from cancer every day.
During these demanding times, the cancer community is especially vulnerable. Cancer patients are largely an elderly population, immuno-suppressed due to chemotherapy, are experiencing significant treatment delays and a lack of access to physicians.
The need to support basic science and clinical research programs of our leading medical institutions both in Montreal and Israel, is greater than ever. is especially vulnerable during these demanding times.
Your generous support today will help to sustain ICRF’s mission to fund innovative cancer research in
Montreal and in Israel.
